Conditions of purchase

The purchase of products from Estetikcentrum implies acceptance of our general terms and conditions. Ordering products online constitutes a binding contract of sale. The purchase is completed when the purchase is confirmed on the screen.

All illegal actions on the webshop will be reported to the police.

Prices

All prices are quoted including VAT. Estetikcentrum reserves the right to make any errors on the website website and price changes.

Payment

Payment made via Resurs Bank: We will send your package after prepayment via Resurs Bank.

Delivery and shipping costs

We send your package with Postnord, Bring or Schenker.

Delivery time in Sweden is within 10 working days.

Delivery time for international parcels depends on the destination.

Shipping cost is 99 sek for domestic packages and from 199 SEK for international packages.

Estetikcentrum is not responsible for any transport damage but we report this to our carrier.

Right of withdrawal and exchanges

You have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

  1. The goods must be unopened and faultless.
  2. Complete original packaging is returned in its entirety and must be undamaged.
  3. A receipt or invoice must be presented.
  4. Indicate reason and preference for change.
  5. Once the product is returned, we will send you the product you wish to exchange, or credit/refund you.
  6. You as a customer are responsible for return shipping in case of a regretted purchase or exchange.
 
We cannot accept returns for surgical accessories (such as girdles and compression garments) and products whose packaging cannot be proven to be unopened.

Complaints

In case of a faulty pick or complaint, contact us within 5 days of delivery and state the nature of the fault. Email us at info@estetikcentrum.se and describe what is wrong. Please attach a picture or video of the the damage/fault, and we will make sure you are replaced with a new one of the same or equivalent product. Enter your order number in your email. You have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of us receiving your order.
