Lip Lifting is an injection treatment that makes the upper lip appear fuller and more defined, without using any type of fillers. Instead, we inject a muscle relaxant (Botox) in small doses along the upper edge of the upper lip. When the muscle relaxes, the lip turns slightly upward and outward, giving the impression that you have a fuller lip, even though we haven’t added any material.
So it’s not the same as getting fillers. Lip Lifting involves adjusting how the muscle moves, which in turn changes the appearance of the lip—for example, when you smile. For most people, the result is that the lip looks fuller, the cupid’s bow becomes more visible, and the overall expression appears softer.
