Our nutritionist is also a functional medicine therapist. With her expertise and dedication, the journey toward a healthier life won’t be a lonely one.

We know that everyone has different circumstances when it comes to making changes. We offer several options so that you, too, can feel empowered to choose a healthier lifestyle.
All nutrition counseling programs begin with a 75-minute initial consultation, during which you discuss your situation and you and Samantha work together to set goals for your diet and health. After that, all sessions are 45 minutes long.
You’ll meet with your nutritionist at regular intervals for either three, six, or nine months following your initial consultation. You can also send as many emails as you like to Samantha, who is always available to help you.
At each session, you’ll be weighed on the advanced InBody, which measures both your weight and your body composition. This allows you to track your progress by seeing the results in black and white.

It’s up to you! The first meeting with the nutritionist lasts 45 minutes. If you’re able to take in the information right then and there, that might be enough for you.
Most of our patients first schedule an InBody with a nutritionist, followed by three months of nutrition counseling to receive guidance and support along the way.
