By law, a consultation with our injection nurse is required first, which can be done online or in the clinic. During the treatment, one of our experienced, licensed nurses injects the product in small doses to create volume and structure.
A filler treatment usually takes 15-30 minutes but depends on how much you want to do.
Some people may feel some soreness and swelling in the days after treatment.
Keep in mind: You should avoid strong sunlight and strenuous exercise during the first few weeks after treatment.
Hyaluronic acid is a substance that occurs naturally in the body and is therefore harmless.
Fillers use a modified version of hyaluronic acid that is broken down more slowly by the body, which means longer durability for the treatment, normally between 6 and 18 months.
Fillers are most often used to shape the jawline, cheekbones, and chin to give the face a lift and a more beautiful shape.
They can also be used to restore volume in the cheeks, chin and lips, as well as under the eyes and around the nose. We recommend that you book a consultation with our experienced injection nurse to determine which area is best suited to your needs.
You can do a small touch-up with fillers two weeks after the treatment.
Afterwards, fillers are usually added after a number of months, depending on the type of filler used and the area treated.
To maintain a long-lasting result, refills may need to be done anywhere from 3 to 18 months after treatment, depending on the product and area.
