Our nutritionist is also a functional medicine therapist. With her expertise and commitment, the path to a healthier life is not a lonely one.
We have bright and beautiful premises with a calm atmosphere to give you a pleasant experience - right in the middle of central Malmö.
We know that everyone has different possibilities for change. We have several options so that you too can feel that you have the opportunity to choose a healthier lifestyle.
All nutritional counseling programs begin with a 75-minute kick-off meeting, where you talk about your situation and where you and Samantha set goals for your diet and health together. After that, all meetings are 45 minutes long.
You will meet with your dietitian at regular intervals for either three, six or nine months after the kick-off meeting. You can also send as many emails as you like to Samantha, who is always on hand to help you.
At each appointment, you will be weighed on the advanced InBody scale, which measures both your weight and body composition. This way, you can track your progress by seeing the results in black and white.

It's up to you! The first meeting with the nutritionist takes 45 minutes. If you have the opportunity to absorb the information there and then, this may be enough for you.
Most of our patients book an InBody measurement with the nutritionist first, followed by 3 months of nutritional counseling to receive advice and support along the way.
