We usually say that the price depends on the method you choose, but if you are considering a lip augmentation with fat (a so-called fat grafting), the price starts from 29 900 sek. It may sound like a bigger investment compared to fillers, but on the other hand, this is a more permanent solution that does not need to be repeated every six months.
Solutions with a long shelf life
The most common type of lip augmentation is fillersbut if you want results that last longer, lip augmentation with fat is a really good option. This involves taking fat from another part of the body, such as the stomach or thighs, and injecting it into the lips. It's both cool and smart - you're taking something you might want to get rid of and putting it to good use instead.
Another method you will find here with us is V-Y plastic surgery. Here we change the shape of the lips through a small incision. The technique can also be combined with fat injections for a fuller result. How you can prepare
Before the procedure, it is good to be as prepared as possible. Here are some simple, but important, tips:
- Avoid Ipren or other anti-inflammatory drugs about a week before, as they increase the risk of bleeding. Alvedon is fine.
- Come without makeup on the day of surgery. This includes mascara and lip balm.
- Smoking should be avoided, both before and after, as it impairs healing.
