Sheer Physical Protection SPF 50 is a lightly tinted UV protection cream with a high UVA and UVB filter, in the form of titanium dioxide and zinc oxide that nourishes the skin and protects it from the sun's harmful rays. The cream is also effective against HEV light, a type of blue light emitted by cell phones, computers and lamps. HEV light penetrates the skin just like UV light. When it does, it can release free radicals that can cause damage to the skin and, over time, lead to wrinkles, rough skin texture and pigmentation. This is why it is important to protect yourself from both UV and HEV light by using sunscreens with high SPF and HEV protection. Gluconolactone (PHA) and lactobionic acid (Bionic PHA), green tea and vitamin E nourish and strengthen the skin, while the lightweight formula provides a fine-toned base for makeup.
