For the warranty to be valid it is important that you always register your implants within 90 days of surgery. The warranty covers both rupture as well as grade 3-4 capsular contracture. Should such a complication occur, you can feel confident that your implants will be replaced at no cost to you as a customer. Motiva also offers an extended extra warranty for those who wish. If you have implants of the Motiva brand without QID or Zen, you can take advantage of a 2-year warranty on re-operation up to 1000 USD. Please note that the warranty must be purchased at the time of registration and has a $100 fee. If you have Motiva with QID or Zen, you can add a 1-year reoperation warranty for free and receive a reimbursement on re-operation of up to USD 2500. This warranty must also be purchased at the time of registration and has a fee of 200 USD. Remember that you will always receive two (one pair) implants with Motiva reimbursement, even if only one breast that is operated on.
