InBody measurement is a type of body composition analysis used to assess the distribution of body fat, muscle mass, and water in the body. It is a non-invasive method that provides detailed information about body composition and can be useful for assessing health status, fitness levels, and monitoring progress with exercise and dietary changes.
An electrical impulse is sent through your body and measures the electrical resistance in the body. The electrical resistance varies depending on the composition of fat, muscle and bone tissue.
InBody is used in research and elite sports and has a comparability to DXA X-ray of 98%. The test takes about 15-20 minutes and is performed by our functional medicine therapist.

If you are pregnant or have a pacemaker, you should not take an InBody measurement. Otherwise, it works for anyone.
The price for an InBody measurement is SEK 395. The visit takes 30 minutes.
